Returns

At KozyKouture.com we hope that you enjoy your order and look forward to being of service to you in the future.  However, we are all aware that sometimes things just are not right with an order through no fault of anyone, or perhaps was damaged within the shipping process, and we want to take care of our Customers.  To simplify the process, the following policy on returns has been established:

Returns Policy – Unopened merchandise must be returned in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip.  On all other returns your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and the reason for the return should be explained when contacting our Customer Service Department at support@kozykouture.com).  In either case the merchandise must be returned to us the earlier of: (1) within 10 days from the date of your order; or (2) we must be notified within 2 days from delivery of your order. A refund will be issued less any shipping charges that may be included within the price of your merchandise.  Shipping cost incurred to return the product to us will not be refunded.

We require the following information to process your return.  If this information is not included, we will be unable to process your return.

RMA number – obtained by contacting Customer Service here (Support@KozyKouture.com);

Full Name and Address as on the order;

Phone Number;

Email address;

Packing Slip received with your order;

Original Order Confirmation Number; and

Your reason for returning:

Please return the merchandise with the above information and in accordance with the instructions and address as provided in the email from KozyKouture.com authorizing such return.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Any item that once delivered and more than 3 days has expired.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 3 days after delivery
